2. สิทธิ์ที่ License ให้

ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของ TLL-1.0 ผู้ใช้ได้รับสิทธิ์ทั่วโลก แบบปลอดค่าลิขสิทธิ์ และไม่ผูกขาดในการ:

• ใช้ Liney เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ส่วนตัว การศึกษา วิจัย ภายในองค์กร หรือเชิงพาณิชย์
• ศึกษา source code และ build จาก source
• แก้ไข Liney สร้าง Covered Work และ fork
• แจกจ่ายสำเนาที่แก้ไขหรือไม่ได้แก้ไข

สิทธิ์นี้ให้เฉพาะสิทธิ์ที่ผู้ถือลิขสิทธิ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถอนุญาตได้ และไม่ให้สิทธิ์ใช้เครื่องหมายหรือทรัพย์สินของ LINE/LY Corporation

3. เงื่อนไขเมื่อแจกจ่าย

เมื่อแจกจ่าย Liney หรือ Covered Work ต้อง:

1. แนบสำเนา TLL-1.0
2. คง copyright, attribution และ disclaimer ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ระบุการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่ทำไว้อย่างชัดเจน
4. ทำให้ corresponding source ของส่วนที่อยู่ภายใต้ TLL-1.0 พร้อมใช้งานภายใต้ license นี้
5. ไม่ทำให้ build ที่แก้ไขดูเหมือนเป็น official Liney release หากไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

Fork ใช้ชื่อ package, repository และ visual identity อื่นได้ แต่ต้องไม่ทำให้ผู้ใช้เข้าใจว่าเป็น release ที่ดูแลโดย Cytech Team Development

4. Liney branding และความเป็นอิสระจาก LINE

ชื่อ “Liney”, wordmark, penguin mascot, artwork และ branding ต้นฉบับเป็น project identifiers TLL-1.0 ไม่ได้ให้ trademark หรือ branding rights นอกเหนือจากการระบุสำเนาที่ไม่ได้แก้ไขอย่างถูกต้องว่าเป็น Liney

LINE, ชื่อ LINE, โลโก้ LINE, ตัวละคร และ asset ที่เกี่ยวข้องเป็นของผู้ถือสิทธิ์ของตนเอง License นี้ไม่ให้สิทธิ์ในทรัพย์สินเหล่านั้น

Liney เป็นโปรเจกต์อิสระ ไม่ได้สังกัด ได้รับอนุญาต รับรอง สนับสนุน หรือมีความสัมพันธ์อย่างเป็นทางการกับ LY Corporation หรือ official LINE application

5. Cooperation และ Formal Compliance Notice

Maintainers พร้อมพูดคุยคำขอที่สมเหตุสมผลจาก LINE, LY Corporation หรือผู้แทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับ branding, trademark, security, protocol, distribution, feature, advertising, licensing และความร่วมมือ

หลังตรวจสอบคำขออย่างสมเหตุสมผล Maintainers อาจหยุด release สาธารณะ, จำกัดฟังก์ชัน, เปลี่ยน backend, ย้ายไป official API/SDK, เพิ่มประกาศที่ได้รับอนุญาต, ทำงานแบบ private หรือยุติโครงการ

หากมี Formal Compliance Notice ที่ระบุให้หยุดแจกจ่าย Covered Work ต่อไป ผู้รับต้องปฏิบัติตามขอบเขตและวันที่มีผลของประกาศนั้น เงื่อนไขนี้ไม่เปลี่ยน license ย้อนหลังของสำเนาที่แจกจ่ายโดยชอบก่อนวันที่มีผล และไม่เปลี่ยน license ของ third-party code

6. Third-party components และ Contributions

dependency, protocol, asset และ generated component ของบุคคลที่สามยังอยู่ภายใต้ license และ copyright ของเจ้าของเดิม ไม่ได้ถูก relicense เป็น TLL-1.0 เพียงเพราะถูกใช้หรือ bundle กับ Liney โดยเฉพาะ license ของ LINEJS แยกต่างหากและต้องตรวจสอบก่อนแจกจ่าย

การส่ง code, documentation, artwork หรือผลงานเข้า official Liney project โดยตั้งใจให้รวมในโครงการ เป็นการให้สิทธิ์แก่ Maintainers แบบทั่วโลก ถาวร ไม่ผูกขาด ปลอดค่าลิขสิทธิ์ เพิกถอนไม่ได้ เพื่อใช้ ทำซ้ำ แก้ไข เผยแพร่ แจกจ่าย sublicense และ relicense contribution เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Liney ผู้ส่งยังคงเป็นเจ้าของ contribution เว้นแต่มีข้อตกลงอื่น

7. Future versions, warranty และ liability

ผู้ถือลิขสิทธิ์อาจเผยแพร่ Liney รุ่นอนาคตภายใต้ TLL-1.0, license อื่น, open-source license, private/closed-source model, ข้อตกลงกับ LINE/LY Corporation หรือไม่มี license ก็ได้ การเปลี่ยนแปลงสำหรับรุ่นอนาคตไม่เปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขของสำเนาที่แจกจ่ายโดยชอบแล้ว

Liney ให้บริการ “ตามสภาพที่มี” เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต โดยไม่มีการรับประกันเรื่อง merchantability, fitness, title, non-infringement, availability, security, accuracy หรือ compatibility ต่อเนื่องกับ LINE services

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Maintainers และ copyright holders ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary หรือ punitive รวมถึงการสูญเสีย data, profits, accounts, access หรือ goodwill

8. ข้อความ License ฉบับเต็ม

Permissions: use, study, build, modify, create forks, and redistribute
Covered Works, subject to the conditions in the canonical LICENSE file.

Redistribution requires the license, notices, change identification,
corresponding source for Liney-covered portions, and no false official
release representation.

Liney branding remains project branding. LINE and LY Corporation marks and
assets remain with their respective rights holders.

Third-party components retain their own licenses. Contributions include the
grant described in section 8 of the canonical LICENSE file.
